We could make this a long and involved legal document, but instead we want you to know and agree to the following general terms:

  1. Delphi provides this site as a service to our alumni, yet we reserve the right to terminate an account at any time for any reason.
  2. Site use is limited to alumni in good standing.
  3. We reserve the right to modify or delete any posting without notice.
  4. The site cannot be used for any illegal purpose or to post content related to illegal activities. Users are responsible for obeying all local and national laws that pertain to their location.
  5. Users shall not libel, slander or defame any individual or group, make racist, sexist or other such comments about individuals or groups, nor post any content that contains or encourages expressions of violence, bigotry, hatred, obscenity, or profanity.
  6. Users shall not post obscene or other unlawful material, or link or refer to sites that do.
  7. Users assume all risk related to the use of this site and will hold us harmless from all litigation related to use of the site.
  8. Delphi is not responsible for postings by you or by others about you that are deemed to be damaging, misleading, or in any way defamatory.
  9. These terms of service may change at any time without notice.
